Press Update on the server. The Details tab shows the version the server runs.

Update automatically

1. Create an automation that runs when an ARK: Survival Ascended update is released.
2. Add the steps, for example a message to players, a backup, the update and a restart.
3. From then on, the server updates itself and players see a warning first.

Mods and the ARK Server API

Mods update when the server starts. The ARK Server API sometimes needs its own update after an ARK update; the console shows its messages while the server gets ready. See the ARK Server API.
