Self-hosting questions
What hardware do I need?
The hardware the game's own dedicated server needs. HaruHost itself is light. Many people use a spare PC, a home server or a VPS.
Can I import a server I already have?
For 10 games, yes: 7 Days to Die, ARK: Survival Ascended, ARK: Survival Evolved, Conan Exiles, Core Keeper, Enshrouded, Palworld, RuneScape: Dragonwilds, Sons of the Forest and The Forest. Browse to the server's folder and HaruHost recognises it. For other games, create a server in HaruHost and copy your world into it with Files (paid plans).
Can I manage servers on several machines?
Yes, on paid plans. Each machine runs HaruHost, and all of them appear in one account, in the app and the web panel. S1, G1 and P1 include 3, 9 or 25 machines.
Does it work on Linux?
Yes. HaruHost runs on Linux as a background service with the web panel, or as a desktop app, and 42 of the 43 games run on Linux. Game servers run in Docker: on Ubuntu, the background service installs it for you; with the desktop app or on other distributions, install Docker Engine first. HaruHost's Linux build is for x86-64.
Your own game server host, one command away.
One command on an Ubuntu VPS, or an installer on Windows. One plan for every server you run, from €4.99 a month.
