Discord Chat
Link a Discord channel and chat flows both ways. Discord messages show at the top left of players' screens. Player chat reaches Discord while two or more players are online, because Valheim sends a player's chat only to the other players.
The Discord bot
- Start, stop, restart and update the server.
- See who is online; kick, ban, unban and give roles such as Admin.
- Add and remove mods in the server's Thunderstore profile.

Questions
Do I need a chat mod for Valheim?
No. HaruHost's own server add-on reads the chat, on Windows and Linux.
Why doesn't chat reach Discord when I play alone?
Valheim sends a player's chat only to the other players, so chat reaches the server, and Discord, once two or more players are online.
