HaruHostJoin by address
- Open the server in HaruHost and go to its Details tab.
- Copy the Server Address (address and port) and the password, and send them to your friends.
- In Valheim, your friends choose a character, open Join Game, press Add server and paste the address.
- Valheim asks for the password when they connect.
Joining from the same house
Many home routers can't reach their own public address, so the PC next to the server can't join with the address you send friends. The Details tab shows a separate Local Address under Advanced, for players on the same network.
Friends without port forwarding
With the Tunnel on, the Server Address goes through HaruHost's relay, so friends join without any router setup. See hosting without port forwarding.
