Questions

How do I make blood moons harder?

Raise Blood Moon Enemy Count and set Zombie Speed (Night) to Sprint or Nightmare, then restart the server.

Can I bring my existing serverconfig.xml?

Yes. Import an existing server by its folder and HaruHost keeps its saves and settings.
