Player Management
Open Players for your Palworld server to see its roster and recorded activity. Player history is available directly in HaruHost; it does not require a Discord webhook.
Find a player
Section titled “Find a player”Search by the available name or identity, then filter by presence or access. The roster includes online and previously seen players, with last-seen information and tracked playtime where available. Open a player’s history to review recorded sessions and activity.
Online information depends on the server connection. A retained player record does not mean that player is currently online. HaruHost tracks activity it observes; it cannot reconstruct every session from before tracking began.
Moderate your server
Section titled “Moderate your server”Available actions depend on your permissions, the player’s identity and the server’s connection. Palworld supports native kick and ban actions through its REST API. The server must be reachable for those commands to succeed.
HaruHost-managed bans are a separate access policy. Read the action and confirmation carefully: removing a HaruHost restriction is not the same as removing a ban recorded by the game itself.
Giving someone access to your HaruHost management panel is also separate from assigning an in-game Palworld admin role.
Sync saved players
Section titled “Sync saved players”When Sync from saves is available in More actions, use it to discover saved player identities, names and levels. This adds saved information to the roster; it does not recover a complete history of past sessions or playtime.
Locations and community updates
Section titled “Locations and community updates”Use the Interactive Map to explore observed player locations and other world data. Discord integrations can share player activity with your community while the roster and history remain available in HaruHost.
