Nothing to forward with the Tunnel
- When you create the server, choose Tunnel on the connection step. For an existing server, turn the Tunnel on from its Details tab.
- Start the server. HaruHost lists it in Community Servers with the Tunnel's address.
No router or firewall settings to change, on Windows or Linux.
Ports are handled for you
HaruHost gives every server its own ports, with the Tunnel or without it, so two servers never clash and you never set one by hand. The Details tab lists them under Ports In Use, and the ports HaruHost uses to talk to the server stay private.
Hosting on your own address
- The port: players connect to the server's game port over UDP; Ports In Use shows it.
- On Windows: turn on Auto-manage UPnP and HaruHost opens the server's ports on your router when it starts; Auto-manage Firewall adds the Windows Firewall rules. Or forward your port range once; HaruHost shows the rule under Devices → Manage device → Network Settings.
- On a VPS: open your port range for UDP in the provider's firewall; HaruHost shows it under Devices → Manage device → Network Settings. See Palworld on Linux.
Questions
What port does a Palworld server use?
8211 over UDP by default. HaruHost gives each server its own game port, shown on its Details tab; with the Tunnel none needs forwarding.
Can I run two Palworld servers behind one router?
Yes. Each server gets its own ports, so they never clash. With the Tunnel nothing needs forwarding; on your own address, one rule for your port range covers them all.
