Fast travel and start location on a Palworld server

Enable Fast Travel turns fast travel on or off, and Fast Travel Between Bases Only limits it to bases. Start Location Selection lets new players pick where they start on the map. All are switches in the server's settings in HaruHost.

Start Location Selection: new players choose their start on the map.
Player Exists After Logout: characters stay in the world after logging out.
Show Player List: the player list on the Esc menu.
