What HaruHost does for Valheim

Thunderstore profiles for server and game Windows
Browse Thunderstore mods and build profiles. Use a profile on your servers and launch Steam Valheim with the same profile from the Games page (Windows). Discord mod commands add and remove mods in the server's profile.
Players and moderation
Who is online by character name, with sessions and playtime. Make admins, kick, and ban or unban accounts; changes apply right away, even to players who are online, and are kept across restarts.
Chat Logs
Shouts and nearby chat, including whispers, saved and searchable even while the server is offline. Send a message to everyone, in the middle of their screen or in the top-left message list.
HaruHost's own add-on
HaruHost adds its own small server add-on, so players and chat work without hunting for mods.
Auto Config Windows
World modifier presets (Normal, Casual, Easy, Hard, Hardcore, Immersive, Hammer) or your own mix of combat, death penalty, resources and raids, plus crossplay, public listing, save interval and Valheim's own backups.

Game chat appears in Discord, and Discord replies appear in game. Chat can also be shared between your servers, on any of your machines.

Valheim server questions
Can HaruHost host Valheim servers?
Yes. HaruHost runs Valheim dedicated servers on Windows and Linux: friends can join through the Tunnel without port forwarding (paid plans), you see who is playing and for how long, chat history is searchable, game chat flows to and from Discord and between your servers (paid plans) and mods install from Thunderstore on Windows.
Can I host Valheim servers on Linux?
Yes. Valheim servers run on Windows and Linux, and you manage them from the desktop app or the web panel. Mods work on Windows only.
Do my friends need port forwarding to join?
No. On a VPS, friends join at its public address. At home, the Tunnel (paid plans) lets them join through one of 14 regions without router changes. The server's Details tab shows what they need to join.
Can I see who is playing?
Yes. The Players page lists everyone who has joined, with playtime, sessions and last seen. Kick and ban players from the list. Paid plans show every player; the free plan shows one.
Does HaruHost support Valheim mods?
Yes. Thunderstore mods live in reusable profiles. Use a profile on your servers (paid plans) and when you play from the Games page (Windows), so your server and your own game run the same mods.
Does Valheim chat reach Discord when a player is alone?
No. Players' chat is recorded and sent to Discord while two or more players are online. Valheim sends a player's chat only to the other players, so the chat of a player alone on the server never reaches it. Relaying it would need a mod in every player's game.
Where do Discord messages appear in Valheim?
At the top left of players' screens. Valheim's chat window shows only messages from players.
